Communications & PR Intern – Curricular Internship

Role overview
We are looking for a Communications & PR Intern to support our day‑to‑day work with startups and scaleups.
You will work closely with the founder and collaborators on media relations, content, research and project support.
Who we are

- PR & Media Strategy - We position brands in the media, through organic PR strategy, Media buying and Influencer marketing.
- Brand & Design - We define and deploy the brand identity and produce branded communication materials.
- Community & Events - We design formats and build networks.
- LinkedIn Strategy - We manage company and Founder profiles.
- Integrated Projects - We create tailor-made multichannel projects.
Main tasks
Media Relations
- Support in building and updating media lists and journalist databases
- Monitor press coverage for our clients and help prepare press clippings and report documents
- Assist in drafting press materials (press releases, pitches, founder profiles, media Q&A)
- Research and collect target media outlets, events and awards for our clients
Content & editorial support
- Draft and edit short-form content, mainly for LinkedIn (posts, captions, short updates) in Italian and/or English
- Help build editorial calendars for Eleventh and client projects (post ideas, angles, timing)
- Conduct desk research on topics such as startups, innovation, tech regulation, fintech, AI, digital transformation
- Collect data, examples and references to support thought‑leadership articles and bylines
Events & Speaking Platforms
- Map conferences, festivals and meetups relevant to our clients
- Help prepare speaker profiles, abstracts and basic materials for call for speakers
- Support in organising information for event pipelines (deadlines, requirements, contacts)
What we’re looking for
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and eligible for a curricular internship
- Strong interest in communication, media and startups
- Good written communication skills in Italian and English, and willingness to write and edit often
- Comfortable doing online research and summarising information clearly
- Organised, reliable and proactive in asking questions when something is not clear
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity or similar)
- Curiosity to learn Notion, Canva and other tools we use daily

- Type: Curricular internship
- Hours and duration: To be defined and agreed together with your university, in line with their rules for curricular internships
- Location: Mainly remote, with possible in‑person meetings in Milan/Rome for specific activities
